Can you believe it? Summer is almost over. It can't end soon enough for me but on the down side, that means it's time to start thinking about the holiday gift giving season again. I absolutely dread buying for the men on my list. That is especially true for my husband who when asked what he would like for Christmas just shrugs his shoulders and mumbles "I don't know".
This year I decided to start looking early. I'm stuck on the idea of giving handmade items when ever possible. Making something for everyone is completely impractical. Who has time for that? I spent some time searching and found a ton of handmade gifts for men on Art Fire alone. Just a few clicks and I had a list started. There are so many talented artists on the internet!
I put a few of my favorite items into a collection to share with you but don't stop with what I found. Go exploring yourself and you may just find the perfect gift for that impossible to buy for man on your list.
I love beading and taking pictures of my work. Many lovely necklaces, bracelets, earrings and odd pieces will be posted here along with links to my favorite bead related sites. I may even stick in an odd hand crafted item from time to time because doing the same thing day after day gets boring! Have fun looking!
